We are looking for an experienced engineer to lead our applied machine learning research into classifieds and extend the capabilities of our messaging system that determines the content to communicate to our members, when to send notifications, and channels. their employers. .

Minimum qualifications required for the position
- Experience building and leading a team of ML researchers and engineers
- Gained experience driving ML applications to solve real-world problems
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning is beneficial with a strong mathematical foundation
- Experience leading projects with diverse teams
- Interest in engineering and functional excellence and the pursuit of unique product experiences
- Excellent speaking, writing and presentation skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Interpersonal skills, research, problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Advanced degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related quantitative field
Eligibility of candidates
2+ years of experience in total, including 2+ years in engineering management

The salary for this position is $30 to $45.
