- Minimum Qualifications – Education and previous work experience
1 year of leadership experience in production operations in a related maintenance/shop area
Supervisory and/or team leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications – Education and previous work experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, aerospace or related field or equivalent experience/training
Skills, licenses and certifications
A&P License
Strong working knowledge of GPM and SPPM
Comprehension of aircraft/technical operations
Knowledge of research requirements
Identifying service connections and user usage
Social Power in IT
Ability to manage multiple work areas simultaneously. Excellent analytical, organizational and organizational skills
Must pass background check and criminal fingerprint check
Ability to work effectively with all levels of team members
